Wing Chun Kung Fu

Wing Chu is a southern style of Kung Fu focussing on strong arm and hand techniques, and stable, immovable stances and fast footwork and specialising in close-range combat. Important features are a stance like a piece of bamboo - firm but flexible, rooted but yielding- a balanced, relaxed posture for fast recovery from stalled attacks, softness (via relaxation), punches and kicks.
